Dr. Caitlin Spacek
I'm Dr. Caitlin, the proud practice owner of Southview Dental Care. Growing up in North Dakota, I developed a deep appreciation for the tight-knit communities and the values they hold dear. After graduating with honors from North Dakota State University (Go Bison!), where I met my amazing husband, Alex, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives through dentistry. My passion for oral health and serving others led me to pursue a dental degree. In 2020, I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, where I not only gained a solid foundation in dentistry but also earned an additional certification in public health. This experience equipped me with a unique perspective on the importance of preventive care and community outreach.
When it came time to decide where to establish our roots, my husband and I knew that the Fargo-Moorhead area was the perfect place to call home. We are excited to serve the community where my husband grew up and that I fell in love with during my time spent at NDSU.
Speaking of family, we have one fur baby named Fenrir, who brings us endless joy and laughter. We hope to expand our family in the near future and share our love with more little ones. At Southview Dental Care, my mission is to provide exceptional dental care that goes beyond just treating teeth. I believe in building long-lasting relationships with my patients, based on trust, compassion, and open communication. I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can feel at ease during your dental visits.

Becky, Office Manager
Hi there! I’m Becky, the office manager here, and I absolutely love what I do! My main goal is to make sure every patient who walks through our doors feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. I want our office to be a place where people not only get the dental care they need but also leave with a smile—literally and figuratively!
I grew up in Lake of the Woods and graduated from college in Bemidji, MN with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business & Management Administration. I’ve been in the dental field since 2013, and I’m really passionate about helping others understand the importance of oral health and how it connects to overall well-being. There’s nothing quite like seeing someone leave our office with their confidence restored, and I’m here to make sure every step of their journey is smooth.
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a "nerd" when it comes to processing insurance and working with numbers—it's one of my favorite parts of the job! But beyond that, I really love creating a positive, fun environment here at the office. I’m all about making sure each day sparkles with positivity, and I do my best to bring a little extra sunshine into the lives of our patients and team.
One of the best parts of my job? I get to bring my little guy with four paws to work! He’s stolen everyone’s hearts, including our patients’—he’s a little office mascot, and it’s such a joy to see how much he brightens everyone’s day.
As for me, my real name is Rebecca, but I’m known by a whole jungle of nicknames—Becks, Becca, Sparkles, you name it! When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my little "fambam" (that’s my family, plus our dogs), working on random projects, taking pictures, spending time outside, or going fishing—basically, anything that lets me enjoy the fresh air and make memories with the people I love.
Lesley, Patient Coordinator
Hi, I’m Lesley! I grew up on a farm in a small town in rural North Dakota before moving to the Minneapolis suburbs. I went to school to become a dental assistant, and I’ve raised two wonderful boys and am now a proud grandmother. I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hunting, hiking, or playing golf—and I’m also a big fan of all kinds of sports and music.
Most of my career has been in the medical field, where I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many incredible people. What I enjoy most about my job is seeing the beautiful smiles of our patients every day—it’s the perfect way to start and finish each day. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention how much I enjoy watching NDSU basketball—go Bison!
Kayla, Hygienist
Hello, I’m Kayla, and I’ve had the privilege of being a dental hygienist at South View Dental for over 20 years. I am truly passionate about oral health and love helping my patients achieve and maintain beautiful smiles. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of their journey, from routine cleanings to ensuring they feel confident with their smiles every day. I studied at North Dakota State College of Science, where I developed the skills and knowledge that have shaped my career and my love for what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I’m a proud mom to two wonderful children – a daughter and a son – and we love playing basketball together. Church and family time are also an important part of my life, and I find joy in those moments of connection and reflection. Whether at work or with my loved ones, I’m grateful for the opportunities to make a positive impact and to share moments of happiness and growth.
Taylor, Hygienist
Hi! I’m Taylor, and I’ve had the privilege of being a hygienist since 2020. I graduated with a Dental Assisting degree from M State in Moorhead and a Dental Hygiene degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton. I absolutely love everything about dentistry, but what truly lights up my heart is helping my patients feel comfortable, especially those who experience dental anxiety. It's incredibly rewarding to watch someone’s fear melt away as they realize that their care is in safe hands, and I cherish every moment spent empowering my patients with practical tips that enhance their oral health.
What truly drives me is the opportunity to make a difference in someone's day. I strive to give every patient I see not just a healthy smile, but one that sparkles with confidence and joy. Seeing someone leave my chair with a big, beautiful smile makes my heart full.
I’m originally from Valley City and now live in Moorhead with my two sweet dogs, Tessa & Phoebe. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying walks with my dogs, thrifting, traveling, and spending time with the people I love. There’s nothing quite like the joy of connecting with others, and I’m so grateful for the chance to make people smile every single day!

Hi! I’m Mia, and I’m a dental assistant here at Southview Dental in Moorhead, MN. I truly love what I do, and every day is an opportunity to make a difference in my patients' lives. Dentistry is such a dynamic and evolving field, and I’m passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies to provide the best care possible. The joy of helping my patients feel better and more confident is what makes my work so incredibly fulfilling.
Outside of work, I find peace and joy in sewing and designing clothes. It’s my way to unwind and let my creativity flow. Whether I’m with my patients or lost in a new design, I’m grateful for the chance to be a part of something meaningful and to express myself in different ways.

Hello! My name is Skylar, and I have a diverse background in both dental care and real estate. I was raised in Perham, Minnesota, and have always cherished the close-knit community that shaped my upbringing. I’m married and have had the privilege of adopting my two siblings, which has been a rewarding and life-changing experience.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate supporter of youth athletics, spending much of my free time at wrestling tournaments or attending rodeos. These activities reflect my love for both competition and community. I also enjoy photography, capturing moments that tell a story and allow me to see the world from different perspectives.
In my work, whether in the dental field or beyond, I truly care about our patients. I’m passionate about spreading the education of a healthy smile because everyone deserves one, and I find great joy in building connections and helping people achieve their best dental health. When you walk into our office, I want you to feel at home and at ease, knowing that we are more than just a team—we are family. Hi, I’m Emily! Originally from the F-M area, I recently moved back home to be closer to family and to join the Southview Dental Care team.
What I love most about my role is building meaningful connections with our patients. To me, each patient is unique and deserves personalized care. I’m passionate about ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported during their visits. Every day, I learn something new from our patients, and it reminds me how much they truly mean to me. Their trust and well-being are what drive me to provide the best care possible.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and extended family. I love being outdoors and staying active whenever I can.
